Historical resolution note: the upstream load-balancer connectivity issue was resolved and service was restored. This incident record is now closed.

We're currently investigating an issue preventing customers from reaching api.vepler.com Visitors may see a connection timeout or a Cloudflare "Error 522".

Our engineering team has identified the issue as an upstream load balancer connectivity problem with our hosting provider and is working on a resolution. We'll post an update as soon as we have more information, and again when service is restored.
